Jeanine Valentino is our February PV Junior of the Month!

We are so fortunate to have Janine as a PV Junior Affiliate and to name her as our PV Junior of the Month for February!

From day one, Jeanine said, “I am all in.” And she truly meant it. She immediately stepped into an active role and took the lead for Affiliate Project at Angel Gowns. Her enthusiasm, commitment, and heart for service make her an incredible addition to our organization.

Jeanine shared that what she loves most about joining PV Juniors is the acceptance: “Everyone was welcoming from the very beginning, and I love knowing that every time I interact with these women, the friendships just keep growing. The fact that we can give back to the community and help women and children is simply amazing. Who better to enrich the lives of others than with a great group of women. 

Outside of PV Juniors, Janine is a dedicated professional serving as a Staff Accountant II at Leanor Financial headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her attention to detail, integrity, and strong work ethic shine both in her career and in her volunteer service.

Jeanine is a local resident with her husband Charles and her two sons, Nicolas Parvin 20, Graduating Purdue University in May 2026. Conrad Parvin 17, Graduating Peninsula HS in June 2026

Laura Thatcher exemplifies the spirit and mission of PV Juniors. She has gone above and beyond in her commitment to supporting women and children in crisis, making a meaningful and lasting impact on our organization. As Secretary, Laura has brought exceptional organization, dedication, and leadership to the role, helping keep PV Juniors running smoothly. She was also instrumental in the success of our Holiday Event, playing a key role in its planning and execution.

Laura is a proud legacy member—her mother was also a PV Junior—and she considers PV Juniors an integral part of her life and community. She has long associated the organization with women who show up, work hard, and take responsibility for improving their corner of the world. Through PV Juniors, Laura says she has built lasting friendships with women she admires and respects, working together to create real, tangible impact in the community.

Outside of her volunteer work, Laura is the founding attorney of Blue Water Estate Planning, a law practice focused on estate planning, trust administration, and probate. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and has been practicing law since 1997.

Laura lives in the South Bay with her husband and two sons. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys baking, reading, hiking, entertaining, and spending time with her family and pets.
